This website
ladlehealth.com is a static informational website. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, runs no analytics or advertising, embeds no trackers, and contains no forms, logins or downloads. There is nothing on this site that can collect information about you, and we build no profile of visitors.
Server logs
Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata such as IP address in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not add our own analytics on top of this, do not export it, and do not use it to identify or contact anyone.
No patient or client data here
No protected health information, patient record, or client dataset is stored on or reachable from this website. Systems we build for clients hold that data inside the client's own private, access-controlled environment, never on a public marketing site.
If you email us
If you write to hello@tandemlink.net we keep the correspondence in order to reply to it, and for no other purpose. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list and we do not sell, rent or share contact details with anyone. Please do not send patient information or any protected health information by email — email is not an appropriate channel for it, and we will ask you to use a secure route instead.
Client systems
This statement covers this website only. Software TandemLink builds for a client is governed by the agreement with that client, including any business associate agreement under HIPAA. In those systems TandemLink acts on the client's instructions; the client remains the custodian of the records.
If you are a patient or member and want to know what a particular organization holds about you, contact that organization directly — we have no authority to disclose or amend records held on a client's behalf.
